How long are processing times?

Regular processing times are approximately 2-3 weeks, but during sales and new releases this may extend to 2-4 weeks.  

International Shipping?

Unfortunately we are not able to ship out orders to New Zealand and the United Kingdom at the moment due to VAT rules or lack of transportation from mailing services. I will try to stay informed and let you all know when things resume normally. Orders also may experience delays and may arrive a little later than usual. Please be aware if your country is accepting orders from the US, as we are not responsible for any delays. 

Can I combine orders?

Yes! Please message me if I'm able to combine your orders, as it involves how big your orders are and where it's heading.

Is there tracking on my order?

Domestic orders: if you select 'free shipping' there will be no tracking, but all standard shipping will receive tracking numbers. I will try my best to provide tracking for international orders, but sometimes it is not available in order to keep the price low. If you would like to upgrade your international package with tracking, please contact me and we will figure out a solution for you.

Do you accept cancellations/refunds/returns?

For cancellations please message me within 24-48 hours, after this period I will not accept cancellations. Refunds can be given if you email me with your order number and the issue regarding your order! I don't accept returns, but am more than willing to help solve an issue, so please message me regarding any that you may have. I strive to provide the best products and if there is a mistake, I will be more than happy to correct the issue. 

My order hasn't arrived or tracking hasn't been updated, what should I do?

Expect delays from COVID, but please email me with your issue and I will try my best to solve this issue, but please keep in mind that when it enters the USPS system, I have no control over your package. We are not responsible for stolen or lost packages. 

Custom Fees

I am not responsible for any fees or any other taxes on international orders.
